Had to call on a Saturday for after hour service. Robby with BTAC contacted us quickly and was at our home shortly there after. He was very professional and quite pleasant. He had the issue fixed within an hour of me calling. We are very pleased with the work and will definitely being using them in the future. Their after hour cost is a little higher (very little) than some other companies we called in town, but well worth it for the service you receive, the professionalism of their employees and the time you will save.read more

We called every day and it was always the same thing, "oh we will be there today, sorry we got busy." Fed up, we finally googled who could fix ice machines in Lubbock and found these guys. Friday at 4pm I called and asked for service Monday. Friday at 6:30pm David came on HIS time to fix our ice machine because next week he was going to be out so he wanted to take care of us before he left. I really appreciated him coming out and looking at our machine even though he did not have to. The customer service is outstanding! We will definitely be using them again in the future.read more

We called BTAC and they scheduled their service tech, Raul Martinez, who arrived WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD and worked on the frosty morning to test the system. When he finished, he came to the door, we paid with a credit card and got our receipt by email immediately. BTAC files the paperwork - and we were all done! We needed a leak repaired and quickly because we could not get the shutoff valve turned off so we had to turn off the main. They were able to come the same day and get us set up. Was a little surprised by the cost, but plumbing is usually not cheap.read more
